Updates complete with errors, Error 1620

When I try to update the Security Suite , I get the message "Updates completed with errors" what do I do?

This can sometimes be caused by the updates folder containing information that does not match what is on the update server. You can try the following to resolve this issue:

Clear your temporary files:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click Tools

3. Click Internet Options

4. In the General section, click delete cookies and click ok

5. In the General Section, click delete files and click delete offline content and then click ok

6. Close Internet Explorer

Delete the update folder:

1. Double-click My Computer

2. Double-click the C:

3. Double-click the folder Documents and Settings (for 98 or ME: Program Files - Cox - Applications; Manifest file located in the Windows folder)

4. Double-click All Users

5. Double-Click Application Data

6. Double-click Authentium (If you do not see this folder, follow Showing Hidden Filesbelow)

7. Double-click Curtains150

8. Delete the updates folder

9. Attempt to update the Security Suite again

Showing Hidden Files:

1. Click Tools (View for Windows 98)

2. Click Folder options

3. Click the View tab

4. Look for the section for "Hidden files and folders"

5. Click Show all or Show hidden files and folder.

6. Click Apply and Ok

7. Follow Delete the update folder instructions
