What do I do if I can not open the scanning window for the Antivirus or Spycatcher?

1. Download registerppctl.exe to your desktop (Registerppctl98me.exe for Windows 98/ME)

2. Double-click registerppctl.exe or registerppctl98me.exe

3. Click Setup

4. Restart the computer

5. Attempt to run a spyware and/or virus scan
